extensive menu warm pool convenient location outrageous cost extra cost limited access
the club lounge had a extensive menu and quality. the pool were warm and i found it uncrowded. the location is fantastic, so convenient to rail lines and night life. a late night walk behind the hotel revealed unexpected charms.
the cost of meals felt outrageous, like $60 aud per person for breakfast. only two people from my party of four were allowed sauna access.

i found the staff attentive. they were always ready to provide personalised service, something i valued. i arrived quite early after a long flight, yet the hotel accommodated me with an early check-in, very helpful. its location is excellent, right next to lotte duty free and the casino.

bright lobby helpful staff convenient location direct access
the lobby is bright, and the seating is comfortable. i appreciated that the staff were helpful and multilingual! its location is fantastic with direct access to the subway. the hotel is next to a lotte departmental store, very convenient. i found the location quite good.

the fitness center was really amazing and well-equipped. the outdoor pool area was also beautiful, a relaxing space for everyone, and i liked it very much. the hotel provides direct access to the subway.

kind staff good view room upgrade dim lighting soft pillows moving shower
the staff were kind i found the location very convenient because it was near the subway. the room was huge and had a good view. i was given a complimentary upgrade.
i found the room lighting overly dim. the shower head moved during showers so it was annoying. the pillows were too soft and two of us had neck aches each morning

clean room comfortable bed attentive staff
i secured a room that was clean, with a fantastic view. the bed provided unmatched comfort. the staff displayed constant politeness and attentiveness. the convenient location near the metro made exploring so easy!!!
I faced an issue when the hotel couldn't provide an iron upon request. It caused me to pay extra for laundry services.
